Q: Will my insurance pay for counseling?
A: Many forms of counseling are covered by insurance companies. We can provide a superbill with NPI number for ALL out-of-network insurance companies. Some insurance coverage may require self-payment with reimbursement. Check with your therapist or call ahead for details.
- Most Flexible Spending Plans (FSP) also pay for Psychotherapy services.
Check with your insurance company to see if you qualify for reimbursement or contact us for more information.
We currently accept the following insurance for direct billing for some types of therapy (May differ per therapist):
|Mines and Associates Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
||Horizon Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
|Anthem - Blue Cross
|Behavioral Health Systems
Q: Will my information be kept confidential?
A: Absolutely. Under Colorado law, client / therapist communication is privileged information, which means your case can only be discussed as authorized. (Certain legal exceptions to this will be explained to you during your first visit.)
Q: Do I have to pay for missed appointments?
A: Cancelations should be made 24 hours in advance to allow time slots to become available for additional clients. A $50.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments without timely notice.
Q: I am not sure if psychotherapy can help, what is involved, or how long it takes.
A: Call today and schedule an appointment for a consultation, we are happy to discuss your current, past, and future challenges, and include you in the treatment planning process.
Q: Do you serve other languages?
A: We now offer Spanish speaking bilingual therapy! See bio for Wallis Luis on our about page.
